CHOCOLATE MILK WITH GINGERBREAD COOKIE TRIM
Use your favorite chocolate milk glass and moisten the rim with any type of syrup. Turn the cup upside down and firmly dip it into a saucer filled with crushed gingerbread cookies.
Using your favorite chocolate protein shakes, replace the required amount of water with almond milk and warm up to preferred temperature prior to blending in the protein power for the most delicious and healthy hot chocolate.
BAKELESS PEANUT BUTTER AND OATMEAL COOKIES WITH COFFEE
Combine 1 1/2 cup turbinado sugar, 1/2 organic pure cocoa powder, 1/2 cup butter or substitute coconut oil, and 1/2 cup of milk or substitute almond milk, and bring to a boil on medium heat for one minute. Remove from heat. Stir in 1/2 cup peanut butter or substitute, 1 tsp vanilla and 3 1/2 cup oatmeal and let stand for 3 minutes. Drop by spoonful onto wax paper and let cool for at least 30 minutes. Serve with hemp coffee.
PUMPKIN SPICE MUFFINS WITH TEA
Makes 12 muffins. Mix the following ingredients separating liquids and solids, and combining at the end.
1 1/4 cup pumpkin puree, 2 large eggs, 2 1/8 cups Organic oatmeal, 1 tsp baking powder, 2 tsp baking soda, 1 cup flour, 2 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 cup turbinado sugar, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/4 cup oil of choice, 2/3 cup milk of choice.
Serve with hemp coffee.
